N.O.P.Odorless Powders

For use with N.O.P. Odorless liquid. A technologically advanced acrylic system that is free of the harsh chemical odors associated with traditional systems. N.O.P does not require primer preparation, and it's "self-levelling" properties insure that very little filing is needed to achieve nail enhancements that are both strong and beautiful. Clear rich pigment and no bubbles.
